UALR announces its Spring 2014 Dean's List, those students whose academic performances have been superior at the end of each semester. Students must have at least nine credit hours with a grade of A, B, C, or "credit" and at least a 3.5 grade point average. The student must not have D, F, I, or "No Credit" grades on the semester grade report.

The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi is proud to announce its 2014 Study Abroad Grant recipients. The grants, worth $1,000, were awarded to 50 students nationwide.

University of Arkansas at Little Rock's Study Abroad program provides students the opportunity to visit another country and immerse themselves in its culture while they study, thus expanding their view of the world.

UALR has named several students from a competitive pool of applicants for the honor of becoming resident assistants. The students serve as mentors and leaders at one of four residential housing options that serve UALR students across the campus.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock recognizes select students as College of Business Ambassadors. COB Ambassadors take additional coursework, tour central Arkansas plants and businesses, and represent the college at special events.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock has named 12 students to receive an art scholarship. Art scholars must pursue a degree in the UALR Department of Art, submit research papers, submit an art portfolio, and participate in an annual scholarship exhibition.

Students have been selected this year for Engineering and Information Technology Scholarships. Those selected as UALR EIT Scholars are awarded up to $3,000 per academic year and provided a distinctive learning environment as a member of an on-campus residential community.

Those selected as an Environmental and Spatial Technology (EAST) Scholar are awarded $10,000 per academic year, totaling $40,000 over four years. EAST Scholars are provided a distinctive learning environment as a member of an on-campus residential community.

Among the most prestigious designations given by the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, those selected as Donaghey Scholars are awarded up to $80,000 over a four-year period, which includes tuition and a stipend, as well as a funded study abroad experience, a laptop, and assistance toward student housing.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock welcomes Arkansas students selected to join the 2013 Chancellor's Leadership Corps. Members have at least a 3.0 cumulative high school grade point average and participate in an on-campus interview to be considered. CLCs have an opportunity to develop and enhance the skills necessary for leadership positions, both on and off-campus.
