University of Arkansas at Little Rock

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock recognizes select students as College of Business Ambassadors. COB Ambassadors take additional coursework, tour central Arkansas plants and businesses, and represent the college at special events.

Students have been selected this year for Engineering and Information Technology Scholarships. Those selected as UALR EIT Scholars are awarded up to $3,000 per academic year and provided a distinctive learning environment as a member of an on-campus residential community.

Those selected as an Environmental and Spatial Technology (EAST) Scholar are awarded $10,000 per academic year, totaling $40,000 over four years. EAST Scholars are provided a distinctive learning environment as a member of an on-campus residential community.

Among the most prestigious designations given by the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, those selected as Donaghey Scholars are awarded up to $80,000 over a four-year period, which includes tuition and a stipend, as well as a funded study abroad experience, a laptop, and assistance toward student housing.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock welcomes Arkansas students selected to join the 2013 Chancellor's Leadership Corps. Members have at least a 3.0 cumulative high school grade point average and participate in an on-campus interview to be considered. CLCs have an opportunity to develop and enhance the skills necessary for leadership positions, both on and off-campus.

The following people recently were initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.
