In celebration of Women's History Month, UA Little Rock is profiling women in leadership positions who are making a difference at the university and in the community. The next Woman to Watch at UA Little Rock of 2025 is An Le, a first-generation college student from Benton majoring in business management and marketing. Le is a familiar face you'll often see around campus during her work as the president of the Student Government Association and event coordinator for the Trojan Transition Assistance Center.

Matty Bianchi Collects Little Rock's Third Pac-12 Wrestler of the Week Award of the Season

Matty Bianchi has been named Pac-12 Wrestler of the Week, his second career weekly conference honor as well as the third for the Little Rock wrestling team this season. Bianchi's upset victory at 157 pounds versus #2 Oklahoma State this past Friday gave the Trojans a lead over the Cowboys, and the redshirt junior picked up his first fall of the year. It is the first time that the program has garnered more than two conference awards in a single season.

In celebration of Internet Safety Month, UA Little Rock is profiling students researchers working in this area. Tell us about yourself? My name is Ethan O'Leske. I was born and raised in Little Rock, AR, and am currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at UA Little Rock. From my early adolescence, I was drawn to technical skills like software development and programming, because it helped me understand the technology I interacted with everyday. As I reflect on my three years spent at UA Little Rock, I find that these skills have drawn me towards cybersecurity, in large part due to work at a research center on campus, the Emerging Analytics Center.

UA Little Rock names 2019-20 College of Business Ambassadors

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock recognizes select students as student ambassadors in the College of Business. Student ambassadors represent the college in the community and on campus. The student ambassador program is designed to provide ambassadors opportunities to meet with members of the business community and alums to learn about leadership and career development. Students are nominated by faculty and have an excellent academic record.
