Jason Cline, of North Little Rock, graduated this May from Bowen. Cline said he's a completely different person since he began law school during Bowen's part-time program in 2015.

Adam Rose graduated this month from the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law - the culmination of a life-long ambition to help people who have difficulty helping themselves. "When I was much younger, I wanted to be Batman," Rose said. "But as I got older, I realized that wasn't possible because I wasn't insane and I didn't want to die." Instead he considered going into law enforcement. The more he looked into it, though, the more he realized that the people who really make a difference long-term are the policy makers and those who enforce laws in a courtroom. It's a safer alternative to becoming a caped crusader-Batman with a briefcase.

Joni "Marie" Hollowell of Little Rock graduated May 16 with a master's degree in criminal justice. She moved to Little Rock in 2013 from Canton, Georgia, to work as a senior compliance auditor at Stephens, Inc. After completing an associate degree more than 20 years earlier, she decided to complete her college education at UA Little Rock.

In 2011, Colleen Godley, of Cabot, faced the devastating loss of her job when the Conestoga Wood Specialities warehouse in Little Rock closed down. This May, Godley graduated with a Master of Science degree in business information systems from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. It's something that still amazes her since she never thought she would go to college in the first place.

He would like to start his own marketing consulting firm and eventually get his master's degree in business administration. He also has a knack in placing first in statewide competitions.
