Sandra Carmona-Garcia received a LULAC Scholarship

Sandra Carmona-Garcia of Little Rock, Ark. was one of ten students to receive a scholarship during LULAC's (League of United Latin American Citizens) annual scholarship gala held Oct. 13 at the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum.

Carmona-Garcia is a graduate student in the student affairs higher education program.
