Olivia Dunlap named to Cooper Honors Program

Olivia Dunlap of Little Rock was among 20 students named to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Department of English William G. Cooper, Jr. Honors Program.

The Cooper honors program is unique in that it provides qualified students with funding and intense research and creative opportunities. The program is supported by an endowment created by the family of Dr. W. G. Cooper, Jr. in honor of his distinguished service on the Little Rock University Board of Trustees and UA Little Rock Board of Visitors.

Students involved in the program receive a $2,600 stipend per academic year. In order to complete the program, they must maintain an overall GPA of 3.25 with a 3.5 GPA in English courses, satisfactory completion of the block of Cooper honors courses, and a letter of certification from the director of the program.
