Kirby Miraglia of Jacksonville earns Top Paper honor at law school

Kirby Miraglia of Jacksonville, Arkansas, recently earned a Top Paper award at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

The award recognizes the highest class grade for the summer 2015 semester.

Miraglia earned the award in Supreme Court Litigation.
