Jordon Thatch of Hardy earns Deans' Academic Merit Scholarship

Jordon Thatch, a Highland High School graduate, has earned the Deans' Academic Merit Scholarship from UALR. The scholarship awards a total of $24,000 for four years if renewal requirements are met.

The competitive scholarship is for entering freshman and requires a 26 or above on the ACT and at least a 3.0 cumulative high school grade point average.

Parents are Renee and Shane Thatch and Joann Bateson.
