Janette Munoz receives scholarship during LULAC gala

Janette Munoz of Little Rock, AR, received the Richard Family Trust Scholarship during LULAC's (League of United Latin American Citizens) annual scholarship gala held Oct. 13 at the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum.

Munoz is a freshman nursing student.
