Callah Mitchell of Hensley awarded Provost's Academic Excellence

Callah Mitchell, a Little Rock Central High School graduate, has been awarded the Provost's Academic Excellence Scholarship from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

The scholarship awards a total of $32,000 over four years if renewal requirements are met each year. The competitive scholarship is for entering freshman and requires the recipient to have a 28 or above on the ACT and at least a 3.0 cumulative high school grade point average.

Parents are Jeff and Melinda Mitchell.
