Andrew Norwood of Little Rock earns Top Paper honor at law school

Andrew Norwood of Little Rock recently earned a Top Paper award at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

The award recognizes the highest class grade for the fall 2015 semester.

Norwood earned the award in (1) Legal Editing & Scholarship; (2) Special Legal Research: Criminal Law.
