Andrea Elias received a LULAC Scholarship

Andrea Elias of North Little Rock, Ark. was one of ten students to receive a scholarship during LULAC's (League of United Latin American Citizens) annual scholarship gala held Oct. 13 at the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum.

Elias is a senior international studies and French major.
